Where are you located?

We're located in Seattle, WA. We ship our books from our studio in the heart of Ballard.

What can I do if there's a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with an order, please use the form to reach out! We do our best to replace lost, broken, or damaged goods. Also, we're nice. So, don't hesitate.

While you sip a cup of tea and wait for our response in the meantime, please view our shipping & return policies.

How do you ship your products?

For books that we have in stock, we ship everything from Seattle through USPS, typically USPS Ground or First Class depending on the weight of the package.

Occasionally, we run out of our books and ship via one of our warehouses, at which case they ship via UPS ground, hot off the presses.

Do you print your own books?

Chapbooks: Yes, we make all of our chapbooks in house.

Journals: No, we use a print on demand service for our journals.

Paperbacks: No, we use a print on demand service for our paperbacks.

Zines: Yes, we print all of our zines in house.
